What is Interprise Suite?                    

Interprise Suite is the first Accounting / ERP / CRM application to offer "Smart Client" technology for small to mid-size businesses.  This allows Interprise Suite to combine the best aspects of a web application (internet enabled, easy to deploy and update) with the best aspects of a desktop application (speed, rich user interface, easy printing) giving businesses the flexibility they need in order to succeed in today's competitive business environment.

Our most recently released plugin is:

US Payroll for Interprise.   Lerryn has now developed a US Payroll for Interprise, using a commercially proven, US sourced withholding calculation component.   The system is now operational with full Federal and State tax calculation functions, Direct Deposit (ACH) file generation and full integration with the Banking and Nominal ledger Accounting functions in Interprise.  County level tax calculation and on-line filing of Employer returns will be added during 2009.     Note: Reseller opportunities exist to provide initial configuration and setup, plus telephone support to supplement the built in online support functions

Historic Order Import Allows migration to Interprise Suite with access to all your historic orders

Comprises our Order Importer to import existing Customer records and historic orders, plus a plugin to complete the imported historic orders without any stock allocation. Simply extract your customer and order data from your legacy system, format it as XML and use our tools to complete the task.

eShopCONNECT Interface to webshop search engines (Amazon and Shop.com available now, eBay expected May 2009)

Automatically accept and process orders from websites like Shop.Com and eBay.  Match to an existing or add new customer, Authorise credit cards and provide order status check through the web site.

PostCode lookup

Adds rapid data entry for addresses through an online lookup process

BESPOKE Development

Lerryn's expertise is also available to develop bespoke modifications to Interprise Suite.

Currently, Lerryn have implemented a significant bespoke package to support a major new customer's internet based business using Interprise Suite with ASPDotNetStorefront.  This project has introduced EDI comms capability with their major suppliers, a very complex logic system to ensure that goods requiring prescriptions are only despatched where authorised and also only to countries where export is permitted and has added postcode lookup functionality for rapid data entry
